Our chemical additive systems are sourced from leading global providers (such as Lubrizol, Infineum, Oronite, and Afton) to ensure stability, dispersancy, and anti-wear performance.
Q2: How does your facility ensure consistent formulation quality across production batches?
Our Zibo facility uses automated PLC-controlled blending systems with precise mass-flow measurement. Each batch undergoes testing for kinematic viscosity (ASTM D445), Viscosity Index (ASTM D2270), CCS viscosity (ASTM D5293), flash point, and total base number (TBN) before packaging.
