A Strategic Hub for Balkan Manufacturing & Mining
As Serbia continues its trajectory as a key industrial hub in Southeast Europe, the demand for high-performance Anti-wear (AW) Hydraulic Oils has reached an inflection point. From the heavy mining operations in Bor to the precision automotive manufacturing in Kragujevac, lubrication isn't just a maintenance task—it's a critical component of operational resilience.
Our Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil Series is specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the Serbian market, where equipment often operates under high pressure, extreme temperature fluctuations (from Balkan winters to intense summers), and dusty mining environments. By providing superior film strength and oxidation stability, our lubricants ensure that your hydraulic pumps, valves, and actuators remain protected against premature wear.
Tailored lubrication strategies for Serbia's Steel, Agriculture, and Energy sectors, aligning with EU REACH standards and local environmental regulations.
The evolution of hydraulic systems in Serbian industry is moving towards higher power density and smaller reservoir sizes. This requires oils with enhanced "Information Gain" regarding thermal management and air release properties.
For Serbian outdoor applications in construction and agriculture, our HVI hydraulic oils maintain stable viscosity across a wide temperature range, preventing cavitation during cold starts and maintaining film thickness during peak summer heat.
As environmental regulations in the Balkan region tighten, we are leading the transition to ashless anti-wear additives. These formulations provide exceptional protection for yellow metals (copper, bronze) used in modern piston pumps while being more environmentally friendly.
Our oils are designed to work in systems equipped with real-time condition monitoring sensors. High oxidation stability ensures that oil degradation products don't interfere with sensitive digital sensors, reducing "noise" in your predictive maintenance data.
By using premium Group II and Group III base oils, we help Serbian enterprises reduce their total cost of ownership (TCO) through significantly extended service life compared to standard mineral oils.
Shandong Longhai Lubrication Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is headquartered in Zibo, Shandong. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. The company has been deeply involved in the lubricant industry for more than 15 years, has built a complete industrial chain system, and is committed to providing high-quality lubrication solutions for the global industrial and transportation fields.
As a reliable lubricant manufacturer, Longhai Technology owns its own brand "Century Longhai" and the international strategic cooperation brand British "A Ba" series. Our products are insured by PICC China People's Insurance Company, ensuring reliability and peace of mind for our Serbian partners.
Our production base covers 131 acres with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. Equipped with fully automatic filling lines that increase efficiency by 20%-35% while maintaining a 1‰-2‰ metering accuracy. For Serbian clients, this means rapid turnaround times for large-scale orders and the ability to customize formulations for specific local machinery brands like IMT or Rakovica.
Certified by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001. We maintain a precision laboratory that tests every batch for viscosity, flash point, pour point, and wear scar diameter (Four-Ball test). This strict adherence to international standards allows our products to perform excellently under extreme working conditions in Serbian power plants and infrastructure projects.
For the Serbian climate, ISO VG 46 is the most versatile. However, for heavy-duty mining in Bor where equipment runs 24/7, we often recommend ISO VG 68 to ensure a thicker protective film under high operating temperatures. For mobile hydraulics used in winter, an HVI-grade ISO 32 is preferable for easier startup.
We provide "Information Gain" by offering equivalent technical specs (API, ACEA, DIN 51524) at a more competitive price point due to our integrated supply chain. Furthermore, our customized OEM services allow us to tweak additive packages specifically for the dust and humidity conditions found in Balkan industrial zones.
When stored in a sealed container away from direct sunlight and moisture (standard warehouse conditions in Belgrade or Novi Sad), our hydraulic oils have a shelf life of 3 to 5 years. We recommend periodic testing if the oil has been stored for more than 2 years.
While our oils are compatible with most mineral-based hydraulic fluids, we always recommend a flushing procedure when switching brands to ensure the integrity of the anti-wear additive package. Mixing can sometimes dilute the performance boosters specific to our "Century Longhai" formulation.
